We collect only what it takes to schedule your free water test and keep you posted on your service. We never sell your information or share it with anyone outside Right as Rain. If you opt in to text messages, we use them for scheduling and service updates, and you can stop them any time.
What we collect
When you book a free water test, we collect your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the water concern you tell us about, and any message you add. We also collect basic analytics about how people use the site, like which pages get visited, so we can keep it fast and useful.
How we use it
We use what you give us to schedule your water test, provide service, and follow up about your request. That is the only use. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Right as Rain.
Text messages
If you check the text message box on our booking form, you're agreeing to receive text messages from Right as Rain about your service request. These texts cover appointment scheduling, confirmations, and service updates, including confirming your spot as launch approaches this September. Checking the box is optional and never a condition of booking or getting service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
How we store it
Your information is stored securely, and only the Right as Rain team can access it. We keep it as long as we need it to serve you, and we do not use it for anything beyond what is described here.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, any time. Opting out of texts works the same way as any text message: reply STOP. For anything else, just email us.
